As the surrender of British Forces in Stanley signals the end of the brief conflict, it casts an even darker shadow over hard times for Her Majesties Empire with global recession, massive defence cuts, huge job losses and poor government leadership all add up, Great Britain is not so great in 1982..

B Squadron SBS prepare to launch their advance recce for the British invasion force comprising of other elements of SBS and SAS, Battle hardened Royal Marines and Parachute regiment fresh from tours in Afghanistan and the deadly Takur Ghar region with the support of a vast and newly launched Naval fleet of Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers.

The reason a new PM is in power and wants to make Britain great once again, the recession is over, the Armed Forces are fully equipped and manned to capacity, unemployment is at an all-time low, but the real reason is that GCHQ has intercepted a communication that the Argentineans have discovered a giant oil field between the East and West island whilst building a connecting bridge between the two.

Britain wants her sovereign land back and a piece of the oil field that will make the empire great well into the next century,
